Each camp runs over two days. Pick the one your child will be most excited to attend.
Boxing Camp
Non-contact boxing fitness — footwork, pad work, bag work and confidence drills. No sparring. No fighting. No contact.
Best for: high-energy kids, sporty kids, or anyone who needs a confidence boost.
Strength & Arm Wrestling Camp
Grip strength, resistance training basics, posture and safe arm wrestling technique. The fun hook is arm wrestling — the real focus is safe, strong movement.
Best for: kids who love a challenge, want to feel stronger, or are ready for safe resistance training.
Climbing Camp
Using our ladder station and rock wall, kids learn safe climbing habits, foot placement, body control and problem-solving — all while building grip and balance.
Best for: adventurous kids, curious kids, or anyone who needs a confidence boost through physical challenges.
