  FOR ACCURATE, CONSISTENT RESULTS  
PRE-SCAN CHECKLIST
Want clean data you can actually compare? Do this:
  • Scan at the same time of day

  • Avoid scanning after exercise

  • Keep nutrition consistent for 24 hours before

  • Hydrate properly (Female 2L / Male 3L in the 24 hours before, plus at least 600ml just before)

  • Avoid alcohol 24–48 hours before

  • Avoid caffeine/diuretics (including pre-workouts) beforehand

  • If female, aim for consistent cycle timing (Day 7–8 is ideal)

  • Fast 3–4 hours before
