FOR ACCURATE, CONSISTENT RESULTS
PRE-SCAN CHECKLIST
Want clean data you can actually compare? Do this:

Scan at the same time of day

Avoid scanning after exercise

Keep nutrition consistent for 24 hours before
-
Hydrate properly (Female 2L / Male 3L in the 24 hours before, plus at least 600ml just before)

Avoid alcohol 24–48 hours before

Avoid caffeine/diuretics (including pre-workouts) beforehand
-
If female, aim for consistent cycle timing (Day 7–8 is ideal)
-
Fast 3–4 hours before
