1. What age is this camp for?
This camp is for children aged 7–12.
2. What dates can I book?
U12 Strength and Arm Wresting Camp is available on:

Each booking covers 2 camp days.
3. What time does the camp run?
The camp runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Check-in opens from 8:45am.
4. How much does it cost?
The camp is $180 for 2 days.

5. Does my child need experience?
No.
This camp is beginner-friendly. Coaches will teach the basics and guide children through each activity.
6. Is this a fighting camp?
No.
Arm wrestling is taught with safe technique, controlled effort and correct body position. Children will not be pushed into max-effort matches.
7. What will my child learn?
During the U12 Strength & Arm Wrestling Camp, children will learn how to build strength safely while having fun.
This camp is not about heavy lifting or hard competition. It is about teaching kids how to move well, control their body and build confidence through age-appropriate strength activities.
Children will learn:
- Safe resistance training basics
- How to use resistance bands correctly
- Grip strength exercises
- Wrist control and hand positioning
- Safe arm wrestling technique
- Shoulder stability and posture
- Core strength and balance
- Bodyweight strength movements
- How to warm up and cool down properly
- How to listen, focus and follow coaching cues
- Teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence
They will also take part in strength games, grip challenges, bodyweight drills and controlled arm wrestling practice.
8. What does my child need to bring?
Please pack:
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Lunch
- Water bottle
- Enclosed shoes
- Comfortable training clothes
- Jumper or warm layer
- Any required medication
- Optional afternoon snack
9. Is food provided?
No.
Children need to bring their own morning tea and lunch. We also recommend packing an afternoon snack.
10. What should my child wear?
Comfortable training clothes and enclosed shoes.
Please avoid sandals, thongs, Crocs or loose footwear.
11. Is the camp supervised?
Yes.
The camp is coach-led and supervised throughout the training. Our kids zone educator will supervise other activities.
12. What if my child is shy or nervous?
That is completely fine.
The camp is designed to be supportive and beginner-friendly. Children can build confidence at their own pace.
13. What if my child has an injury or medical condition?
Please let us know before the camp starts.
Any important medical information should be included at booking or discussed with the team at check-in.
14. Can siblings join together?
Yes, as long as they are both aged 7–12 and booked into the camp.
