Meet Kat


With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Kat is a dynamic force at our gym, wearing multiple hats as a Group Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer, and front reception team member. Kat began her fitness journey in 1999 in New Zealand as a Group Fitness Instructor before moving to Alice Springs and now calling Springfield Lakes, Queensland home.
Her passion for fitness started early, thanks to her parents, and has fuelled her extensive experience in sports such as hockey, soccer, gymnastics, and cross-country running. Kat’s qualifications include Les Mills certifications (BA, BP, BS, BC, Grit Series) and Cert III & IV in Fitness.
Kat's training style blends Les Mills group sessions, small group training, circuit-based workouts, and a mix of cardio, strength, and HIIT. Her favourit exercises? Burpees and tuck jumps. When she’s not training, she enjoys indulging in ice cream and savouring a good home-cooked meal.
Kat loves helping people transform their lives through fitness and is committed to guiding you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Hi! I’m Sariah, your dedicated personal trainer with a personal touch. Having undergone a remarkable transformation myself, losing nearly 40 kg, I understand the journey you’re on and the dedication it requires. This firsthand experience fuels my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
 

With over 12 years in health and fitness, including a 2nd place finish in strongman competitions, I offer a unique blend of expertise in strength training and mental resilience. My training styles are varied and customized to fit your needs—whether it’s weight training, strength building, hypertrophy, mobility, or HIIT.


I’m here to support, motivate, and inspire you every step of the way. My goal is to help you lose weight, build muscle, or enhance your overall fitness. Let’s work together to unlock your true potential—I’m excited to see what we can achieve!
