WHAT IS BODYPUMP?

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 30 or 60-minute workout.

WHAT IS BODYSTEP?

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.
Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 620 calories* and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.
BODYSTEP is available as either a 30 or 60-minute workout.

WHAT IS GRIT ?

LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ ATHLETIC this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Core & sculpt is also known as strength training, and resistance training. It's a muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength. Most body sculpting classes use body weight, exercise bands, resistance bands, and weights to help you achieve your fitness goals.

WHAT IS BODYATTACK?

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

WHAT IS BODYBALANCE?

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

WHAT IS MAT PILATES ?

Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles through controlled movements and breathwork. It involves a series of floor exercises performed on a mat, which target the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and thighs. Key elements of Mat Pilates include proper posture, alignment, and the use of controlled, precise movements to improve overall body strength and flexibility.

Stretching & Core workout classes are designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals. The aim of these classes is to tone and flatten your stomach, help you when bending and reaching, to improve your movement/range of motion and to relieve stress.
