No. Camps are beginner-friendly. Coaches explain everything and adjust to each child.
Whichever fits their maturity, confidence and training ability. The U12 day is more varied (training + craft + games). The Above 12 session is focused training only.
Yes. It's 100% non-contact — no sparring, no fighting, no head or body contact.
Yes. The focus is grip strength, wrist control, shoulder stability and safe technique — not a hard tournament.
No. Children bring their own morning tea and lunch (and we recommend an afternoon snack).
