This camp is built for older kids and teens who want to get stronger, improve technique and take on a fun physical challenge during the school holidays.

 

The camp combines resistance training, grip strength, core work, bodyweight drills and safe arm wrestling technique in a coach-led environment.

 

Arm wrestling is the fun hook, but the real focus is strength, control, confidence and safe training habits.

 

Participants will learn how to move well, train with better technique, build grip and forearm strength, improve posture, and challenge themselves without being pushed into unsafe max-effort competition.

Safety Note

 

This is not a hard arm wrestling tournament.

All activities are coach-led and technique-focused. Participants will not be pushed into unsafe max-effort pulling. The goal is to build strength, confidence and control in a safe, supportive environment.
