You must be over 18 years of age to legally complete the online membership application. If you’re under the age of 18, you must come into the club during manned hours to complete your membership registration. You will also need a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to complete your registration.

    6:30am to 11:00am

Sunday, public holidays and all other times, the gym is un-manned.

Kids Zone

  • Monday to Friday
    8:30am to 11:00am
  • Monday to Thursday
    4.45pm to 7:45pm
  • Saturday
    6:45am to 9:45am

Fitness Matters Jimboomba has everything you are looking for in a 24 hour fitness centre. We are family and community orientated club with a friendly non intimidating evironment.  

Well equipped with all the latest equipment, fully air-conditioned, a private group fitness room, functional training room and a Kids Zone (creche), that any child will love! We offer a great range of group fitness classes including, Les Mills classes, Zumba, Functional Fit 45, Yoga, Cycle, Core and more and best of all they are all included in your membership. If you can’t make it to one of our instructed classes, you can take advantage of our FitnessOnDemand classes (in club). There are hundreds to choose from and they are all at your fingertip with the click of a button.

If you are needing some motivation or you have certain goals you want to achieve, our awesome trainers will guide, motivate and educate you.  

With plenty of car parking, the club is conveniently located in the shopping centre in Jimboomba where McDonald’s and a raft of other convenience services are located.

The club is all on one level which makes it accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

    👉Meet Tena

    Early March 2016 life as I knew changed dramatically. I've never been a breast checker, although completely by accident I found a lump on my right breast. I booked a Dr appointment, closely followed by an Ultrasound and Biopsy. March 30th I heard those words I never thought Id hear, You Have Breast Cancer!

    Wow! 6 weeks later I had a double mastectomy. February 2017 bought a full hysterectomy, as my cancer was hormone based ER/PR positive, so the chances of it hitting my ovaries were very high. I had a 12 hour reconstruction surgery May 2018, called a DIEP Flap. So 7 surgeries and 5 years later and in the clear. I joined the gym to help with my bone density, which has improved dramatically....to avoid osteoporosis.
    The bottom line is, if I hadn't checked and got it seen to it could have been alot worse. Early detection saves lives. Check your boobs (*) (*)
