Led by an amazing team of instructors, our group fitness classes offer community, energy and motivation to create a transformative experience and deliver fitness results. Enjoy your favourite workouts from Les Mills, Body Pump, Grit, Body Balance, Body Step and Body Attack. Other options include Zumba, Core Training, Hiit Training, Boxing Classes, conditioning and yoga, all conveniently located at your local club and expertly designed to keep you moving toward your best self. Can’t get into the club to experience a class on our timetable, we’ve got you covered with our FitnessonDemand. Our in club FitnessonDemand platform is streamed through a huge 86 inch screen in our group fitness room and offers you access to the industry’s most diverse virtual fitness video library from the powerhouse brands you know including Jillian Michaels, Dance, Daily Burn, Sweat Factor, and more. There hundreds of classes to choose from, Core, Dance, Cycle, Hiit Training, Yoga, Kettle Bell Workouts, Functional, Cardio, Strength and heaps more and they are all at your fingertips at the club. BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either  a 30 or 60-minute workout.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.

Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 620 calories* and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ ATHLETIC this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

FIT 45

Fit – 45  is 45 minute functional fitness, strength and cardio circuit style of training Incorporating all elements of fitness. It will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength, power and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Suitable for beginners to advanced.


This is a fantastic, freestyle program where you will learn correct boxing technique as well as getting a great workout. It incorporates cardio and resistance and is suitable for beginners to advanced trainers.


Using tabata training principles of 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest, this workout will strengthen your core and have those abs looking fab in next to no time.  If you think core work is easy you haven’t tried this!


A yoga class typically includes: An introduction, possibly including some breathing exercises and/or relaxation. A Physical warm up Yoga postures, movements and stretches. Relaxation and/or meditation.The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body especially the main channel, the spine so that energy can flow freely.


ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
