Daphne is an incredibly beautiful member here at Fitness Matters. 💪 Determination is one of her many qualities, when it come to fitness goals. She has found her mojo and is using it to reach goals, such as decreasing body fat, increasing muscle and gaining a healthier mindset!💪💪

I am currently in week 3 of a 12 week challenge and I am really excited about the results I will be achieving. I have always had a dream of that elusive six pack since I was younger - this is my goal - it doesn't matter how I get there, I will reach this goal one way or another!💓

The creche is so awesome - my three boys are obsessed with Shelley and Lyn. I am so grateful for them - because without their love + patience I wouldn't be able to have my time to work out! 😁💕

😊 Unfortunately we were unable to have our normal instructor lead Yoga class today, but we did have an awesome FitnessOnDemand Yoga class instead. What a great turnout! 💪💪💪

🧘‍♀️ Yoga is a great way to energize and refresh the body first thing in the morning. It reduces tension from your body and mind, boosts energy, improves circulation, regulates your breathing, and stimulates your central nervous system. Yoga is an easy class to do and there are also modifications than can be made to suit everyone.
