Members, the year is flying by and school holidays are quickly approaching. We write this newsletter to touch on some standard housekeeping issues and the process around school holiday bookings to ensure we provide you, and your child, the best crèche experience possible.
For those who are yet to use our crèche service during the school holiday period we would just like to let you know that due to increased demand booking are required during this period. For those who have utilised our services during this time there will be a minor change to allow everyone a chance to get their workout in whilst allowing us to provide your child the attention they deserve. The change being that for morning crèche we are splitting bookings across two different timeframes. Again, this is to ensure all parents can get in a workout and allow us to provide the best service possible rather than having too many children to cater to their needs or turning away any parents. Booking times for morning crèche are as follows:
Session 1: 8.30-9.30am
Session 2: 9.30-10.30am
Please only book in for one time slot per day so we can give everyone a fair chance to work out. The limit in the room is 15 children maximum. Unfortunately once we reach this limit we cannot squeeze in any more children.
Bookings will be available from Monday 20th March.
Please see Shelley in the crèche for more information.
This is just a little reminder of the crèche hours. When dropping your children into the crèche please do so at or after the crèche start time whilst also ensuring they are ready to go by the crèche finish time. At times we understand you may run overtime but also please respect that there may be times where team members cannot hang around and wait as they may have appointments or their own families to attend too. We would appreciate your cooperation and understanding in relation to these times and the needs of the crèche team.
Crèche hours as follows:
Mon-Fri AM: 8.30-11.00
Mon PM: 4.15-7.45
Tue–Thu PM: 5.15-7.45
Sat AM: 6.20-8.40
Another friendly reminder that the crèche runs on similar policies and regulations as any child care centre or school. If your child is too sick to attend school or day care, then unfortunately they are also too sick to attend Fitness Matters crèche. Children with the following symptoms will not be allowed to attend the crèche as they could be a risk to the other children, parent and crèche team members.
-Green, yellow or any other type of persistent runny nose.
Again, all we ask is that if your child appears unwell, please keep them at home in fairness to others.
Yes it is approaching and this is a quick note to let you know will be closed across the Easter period i.e. there will be no classes or crèche from Friday 14th April – Monday 17th April.
From all the team in the crèche we would also like to take this opportunity to say we absolutely love what we do. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to both you and your child and we hope that a few things outlined in this newsletter can be improved on so we can continue to do so in the future.
If you have any questions or concerns please come speak with Shelley the next time you’re in.
