The first thing to do is to think about WHAT you want to achieve and WHY. Be really specific about what you want to achieve including WHERE do you want to see changes in your body? Next set a time frame – WHEN do you want to achieve those results by? This is a great start! The next thing to consider is WHEN are you going to allocate time to exercise? Remember if nothing changes, nothing changes! People never plan to fail, they simply fail to plan. So plan out your week and look at what times you can schedule in your exercise sessions.

At Fitness Matters we aim to provide you with the best equipment, customer service and range of services in a boutique style environment where we are not too big to care. So at Fitness Matters you will be greeted by name and never treated as just another number.

Oh… and did we mention that there are NO extra fees on your direct debit membership? Unlike many other fitness clubs, we absorb the costs and pay your set-up and admin fee for you so there are no hidden charges! That’s because at Fitness Matters YOU’RE what matters!
